Dating from the Victorian times,
candle extinguishers were first introduced to replace the impolite act of blowing
the candle out across the table, hence the demand for a flame extinguisher.
Candle extinguishers, not to be
confused with snuffers,
Candle Snuffers which are conical objects placed over the
flame to cut off the oxygen supply.

detail by internationally acclaimed sculptress Donnas Peterson each extinguisher is unique
in the fact that they are individually cast, fettled, handpainted finished in
delightfulful glazed colours, and are approximately 4" high.
